All of our technicians carry a DOD CAC card which enables them easy access to any base without the added security problems. They are also very familiar with deployed locations. We encourage all of our clients to make use of our free follow-up service which allows for consultation with techs, who are available via e-mail and DSN numbers for any of your SCBA and ancillary equipment querries. Even if we have not serviced your equipment, please feel free to call on us if you get in a jam. Our techs can usually talk you through a problem and help you to determine if any parts are required and even come out for an emergency service if absolutely nessessary.
